This role follows a 3rd shift schedule, working from 7:30 PM to 6:00 AM, with designated days off on Sunday, Monday, & Tuesday. The Sanitation Lead is responsible for providing oversight of the sanitation team for their specific shift for the cleaning and sanitizing of food assembly and storage areas and non-food handling areas (i.e. break rooms, locker rooms). Detailed Responsibilities Executes Sanitation Plan Responsible for assigning tasks to Sanitation & Janitorial team to complete required tasks Verifies equipment and/or chemicals are being used appropriately Observes for unsanitary practices and conditions to make necessary improvements Monitors sanitation team for usage of appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) Supports Core Sanitation Activities Demonstrates mastery of all core Sanitation & Janitorial Associate responsibilities Responsible for accurately documenting master sanitation activity completion for their shift in the appropriate application Training, Retraining, and Coaching Sanitation/Janitorial Associates Serves as point of contact for all Home Chef Sanitation Tools & Applications, trains Sanitation & Janitorial Associates on access and usage Delivers training, retraining and coaching in real time to Sanitation & Janitorial Associates to correctly perform their job as necessary, including safety policies Issue Escalation Promptly notifies Sanitation Supervisor, Sanitation Superintendent and/or FSQA Leadership when sanitation issues arise Maintain working knowledge of chemical inventory levels, escalating to Sanitation Supervisor or Sanitation Superintendent when inventory levels are low General Responsibilities Follow the facility GMPs and help enforce them throughout the facility Support the efforts of the company to maintain our food safety system (SQF) and quality programs Follow all company policies and procedures including but not limited to related to safe chemical handling and lock out, tag out (LOTO) Attitude and Attendance Arrives to work at scheduled time and follows time off request procedure Communicates with co-workers in a professional manner Treats co-workers with respect at all times Escalates attitude issues among Sanitation & Janitorial Associates to Supervisor and/or Sanitation Superintendent This position requires 0% travel Qualifications The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability needed for this role. You are part of the Management team and the Manager on Duty (MOD) when there is no Manager present. · Lead by example and motivate your staff to work with detail and keep a consistent pace through their shifts. · Retain and demonstrate proper policies and procedures delivered by trainers and managers with enthusiasm. · Host Pre-shift meetings with the team, manage shift expectations, and contribute to the Sprinkles culture and experience. · Demonstrate teamwork skills as you rely on and assist fellow coworkers. · Read and respond to emails in a timely manner using proper email etiquette. · Delegate appropriate duties to your Associates to help the bakery be prepared for opening, fulfilling all orders on time, a health inspection at any time, running a smooth shift throughout the day, and closing / preparing the bakery for the next day. · Delegate breaks to Associates · Adhere to and hold team accountable to all safety and sanitation guidelines to maintain a clean and safe work environment. · Ensure bakery environment and all equipment is in good working order; report any issues to management, follow up on resolutions, and communicate to the team. · Assist with and delegate all cleaning duties as needed and on checklists. · Deliver exceptional guest service within the standards of management and Sprinkles policies - Be a brand ambassador and a role model to your team. · Manage guest experiences to ensure they meet the Sprinkles hospitality standards, including monitoring Associate interactions and providing coaching and feedback in the moment, answering emails, or collecting details on recent experiences as shared via phone or email. · Respond to Guests' special requests, compliments, complaints, or issues by facing them head on, in person, with concern and enthusiasm. Use your judgement to resolve all issues in the moment, if possible, or bring it to the attention of GM/Manager. · Constantly provide feedback to the team with both praise and coaching on opportunities in the moment. · Conduct cupcake counts and communicate the appropriate quantities, priorities, and expectations to your kitchen staff regarding baking and frosting enough cupcakes throughout the day. · Monitor efficiencies using timers, worksheets, and continuous follow up. · Complete the Manager checklists daily. · Serve as a product expert to Guests and Team. · Validate that every food item is made correctly and meets the Sprinkles Standards for flavor, consistency, size, and appearance, and is stored properly with correct rotation. · Communicate closely with other management team members on any issues, projects, improvements, changes, etc. · Call extra Associates in or send Associates home early based on schedule and workload for the day, being mindful of labor goals. · Able to fulfill all the responsibilities of a baker, froster, production, or FOH Associate to assist throughout the shift where needed. · Assist managers with further tasks as requested, such as conducting inventory and record keeping · Attend manager meetings twice a month. · Work closely with Management on staffing and scheduling. · Ensure team reports to work on time, in uniform, and with a positive attitude and clear communication. · Work together with Trainers and Management to ensure all training is occurring properly and on time, including training follow up with new trainees. · Accept and prepare deliveries. · Manage production, bake & frost counts, and waste · Use proper credit card, and cash handling procedures including counting money, cash drops, deposits, and any other monetary duties where applicable. · Report to work as scheduled and fulfill requirements for duration of shift. Requirements: · A passion and love of the Sprinkles product, brand, and experience. · A minimum of 1 year of experience in a shift management position or management position in a restaurant or within hospitality. · Ability to work a varying schedule including some weekends and holidays. · Ability to communicate in writing and verbally while understanding and following written and verbal instructions from management. · Can work well under pressure while maintaining a consistent pace throughout your shift. · Ability to be on your feet for hours at a time. · Can lift at least 50 pounds which can include carrying cupcake trays, cupcake batter/frosting, and bags of boxed purchases. *Sprinkles is a Equal Opportunity Employer

Location Overview: The Crisis Service and Diagnostic Center provides individualized, short-term (up to 90 days) stabilization supports a maximum of sixteen (16) adults aged 18 and above who have intellectual or developmental disabilities (IDD) and/or co-occurring behavioral health (BH) diagnoses adults with. These individuals may be experiencing psychiatric crises or significant emotional/behavioral challenges that threaten their ability to remain in their current home environment. Position Overview: The Shift Lead position reports to the Board-Certified Behavioral Analyst (BCBA). This role is responsible for leading the Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) and Registered Behavioral Technicians (RBTs) on each shift. The Shift Lead is required to complete ABC data and finalize the shift checklist at the end of every shift. Location/Schedule: 750 Hazel Street, Macon, GA - Sunday-Saturday and Every Other Weekends 7am-7pm or 7pm-7am. Key Responsibilities: Assist with instruction and advise individuals on daily living skills in one-on-one or group settings. Observe, document, and monitor client behavior in Motivity. Ensure that direct support staff (DSP) and registered behavioral technicians (RBT) complete documentation as assigned. Counsel individuals on behavioral issues, basic decision-making, and minor problem resolution. Provide personal care to individuals on the unit as needed. Conduct rounds every 30 minutes to ensure individuals' schedules are being followed or prompted, including active treatment, hygiene, and proper care of clothing. Prepare meals and snacks, including special diets, for individuals. Provide transportation for individuals to off-unit appointments or activities as needed. Remind DSPs and RBTs to check emails at least once per shift. Qualifications: High school diploma or GED equivalent required, or a score of 75 or above on the TOFHLA. Must be at least 18 years of age. Must be able to successfully complete basic training courses such as CPR, First Aid, and others as required. Must possess a valid state driver's license and have reliable transportation. Must have knowledge of patient behavior observation, client assistance techniques, individualized service plans, and documentation procedures. Must demonstrate strong oral and written communication skills. Must demonstrate effective conflict resolution skills. Previous supervisory experience is preferred but not required. Physical Requirements: Must be able to lift 16 - 20 pounds whenever needed.
