div class="job__description body"div pThis role follows a strong1st shift schedule, working from 4:00 AM to 12:30 PM/strong, with designated days off on strong Saturday and Sunday.br//strong/p pInventory Clerks report to the Inventory Manager and are responsible for assisting with tasks related to warehouse organization, inventory counts, and inventory reports. /p pspan style="text-decoration: underline;"strong Detailed Responsibilities/strong/span/p pstrongem Organizing Warehouse/em/strong/p ul li Works with inventory control team and leadership to keep warehouse organized by ensuring locations are designated for product so it can go back to proper location after use./li li Ensures FEFO / FIFO practices are being followed and review warehouse for expired product on a regular basis by walking storage coolers and auditing pallet placement/li li Makes sure that the red crates are not placed in storage locations except freezer in the production lanes, and designated WIP cage/cooler. /li li Organizes warehouse in conjunction with inventory control team under the direction of Inventory Manager for current and upcoming menu plans./li li Tracks all product movement once moved from receiving dock to assigned cooler until final disposition./li li Discards product that won't be used prior to expiration date, provide starting inventory for Procurement, and ensure all reworked product comes back taped with putback label showing all information for product applied to side of box for visibility /li li Monitors waste and reports what can be salvaged or returned for credit to the Inventory Manager/li li Fills out waste tracking form as needed during inventory counts to ensure accurate reporting of adjustments/li li Creates space to ensure stocking efficiency and preparation for upcoming menu items /li /ul pstrongem Completing Counts/em/strong/p ul li Assists with all inventory counts/li li Reports product and quantity discrepancies based on expected receipts to Inventory Manager for further communication to warehouse manager and procurement teams /li li Communicates potential shorts to Inventory Manager and Procurement and warehouse teams /li li Confirm product and quantity received; reporting any errors to warehouse manager and procurement teams /li li Convert product to standard case sizes as needed/li /ul pstrongem Cross-Functional Responsibilities/em/strong/p ul li Follow the facility GMPs and help enforce them throughout the facility/li li Support the efforts of the company to maintain our food safety system (SQF) and quality programs/li li Follow all safety guidelines and policies/li li Wear all required personal protective equipment as directed/li li Report any safety issues to leadership/li /ul pThis position requires 0% travel. /p pstrongspan style="text-decoration: underline;"Qualifications/spanbr//strong The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, ability and/or other characteristics needed for this role.
