Home Federal Bank company history timeline

1934

Home Federal Savings Bank was founded in Spring Valley, Minnesota in 1934.

1935

Home Federal Bank was founded by Buck Beltzer in May of 1935.

1985

A multiple lane drive up facility was also added Downtown at 120 South Locust Street in 1985.

1999

The bank holds the distinction of being the first to pledge support in 1999 for the campaign to expand the East Tennessee History Center and build a new museum.

2004

Home Federal Bank expanded again in 2004 with the addition of the Southwest facility located at the intersection of West Stolley Park Road and South Webb Road in Grand Island.

2021

In late 2021, Home Federal Bank opened a Loan Production Office in Lincoln, NE to expand to 6 communities.
