Responsibilities
Responsible
for the delivery of patient care in their area of specialty through the
process of assessment; evaluation; diagnosing; recognition and prevention
of adverse events; planning; and implementation.
Performs
responsibilities in four areas of practice: clinician, teacher,
leadership, and professional development.
Collaborates with other professional disciplines to
ensure safe; effective and efficient patient care delivery; and the

Continuously
monitors quality patient care through excellence in customer service and
performance improvement that demonstrate positive outcomes in patient
care.
Provides
leadership in the practice location.
Nurse
Practitioners (NP) and Physician Assistants (PA) are required to function
consistent with Florida Law
Provides
treatment for less urgent acute conditions as well as manages chronic
conditions and provides care coordination.

Graduate

Preferably 3 Years of experience working in a primary

Summary of Duties of the Resident Care Assistant
