Main Duties:
Properly document In-Home Usage Tests as instructed in the In-Home Usage Test Daily Schedule (screenshots, audio recordings, videos, product journal entries, etc.)
Take care of the product being tested and use it responsibly
Read and strictly follow the In-Home Usage Test Daily Schedule provided with each product testing project (may include tasks such as unpacking, reading instructions, journal entries, online or mobile feedback, usage of product for a certain amount of time, writing reviews, taking pictures, etc.)
Some In-Home Usage Tests projects may require participants to use MFour's Mobile In-Home Use Test Technology (cutting-edge smartphone technology to capture Point-of-Emotion insights to gain unparalleled depth of responses)
There are times when the product being tested may be discussed in a private chat room that is opened by a market research firm
Write reviews as requested in the In-Home Usage Test Daily Schedule for each project

5. Organizes exam scheduling. Coordinates multiple testing sites. Ensures passwords are sent to appropriate locations. Ensures proctoring agreements are in place and up-to-date.
6. Coordinates pre-entrance testing on campus and in outreach sites.
7. Creates and maintains a database for prospective nursing students. Works closely with Admissions and Advising and outreach sites to assure prospective students are in database and notified of online application availability and processes.
8. Coordinates and compiles student applications for qualification and ranking.
9. Assists with CNA and phlebotomy entrance requirements.
10. Coordinates student program onboarding and tracking of clinical requirements.
11. Assists coordinators with clinical onboarding. Provides attestation letters and other documents required by each clinal facilities each semester.
12. Maintains and manages confidential student records to meet program and clinical agency requirements.
13. Assists in assuring all publications for the programs are current, accurate, and consistent to meet accreditation requirements. Distributes publications to appropriate parties including web page.
14. Assures faculty credentialing and clinical requirements are current. Coordinates with School Chair to maintain SPOL for the programs, including updating certifications of faculty.
15. Works with director and coordinators on various surveys each semester: updating, distributing, and tracking.
16. Assists programs in gathering data for the Accreditation Processes.
17. Coordinates preparation for accreditation reports and site visits.
18. Assists the director with compiling annual reports to the Wyoming State Board of Nursing (WSBN) and the national nursing accreditation agencies.
19. Assists the CNA and phlebotomy faculty with compiling reports to the accrediting and licensing bodies.
20. Assists with publicity of program offerings and admission process locally and in outreach sites.
21. Maintains database of all clinical agencies, updates clinical agency contracts, submits contract to Vice President for signature.
22. Assists with the organization and scheduling of meetings. Records and maintains minutes from advisory board, school, and department meetings.
23. Supervises student worker.

Requirements:
* Active RN license in the state where you'll be working and living
* 2+ years of RN experience
* 1+ year of experience in critical care, acute care, or homehealthcare
* Strong skills in IV insertion
* Valid driver's license
* Willingness to travel to patients' homes within a large geographic region
* Ability to do multiple patient visits per week (can include days, evenings, and weekends, per business need)
* Flexibility to work different shifts on short notice and be available for on-call visits as needed
If you will be working at home occasionally or permanently, the internet connection must be obtained through a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload.
