Product Testers are wanted to work from home nationwide in the US to fulfill upcoming contracts with national and international companies. We guarantee 15-25 hours per week with an hourly pay of between $25/hr. and $45/hr., depending on the In-Home Usage Test project. No experience required.
There is no payment required in order to apply or to work as an In-Home Usage Tester. You don't have to buy products or pay for shipping, everything is paid by our company. In-Home Usage Testers are considered independent contractors, we pay weekly every Wednesday by direct deposit or by cheque.

Main Duties:
Properly document In-Home Usage Tests as instructed in the In-Home Usage Test Daily Schedule (screenshots, audio recordings, videos, product journal entries, etc.)
Take care of the product being tested and use it responsibly
Read and strictly follow the In-Home Usage Test Daily Schedule provided with each product testing project (may include tasks such as unpacking, reading instructions, journal entries, online or mobile feedback, usage of product for a certain amount of time, writing reviews, taking pictures, etc.)
Some In-Home Usage Tests projects may require participants to use MFour's Mobile In-Home Use Test Technology (cutting-edge smartphone technology to capture Point-of-Emotion insights to gain unparalleled depth of responses)
There are times when the product being tested may be discussed in a private chat room that is opened by a market research firm
Write reviews as requested in the In-Home Usage Test Daily Schedule for each project
Requirements:

Job Title: Certified Nurse Aide Instructor Department: Business and Community Solutions Reports To: Director of Programming & Student Support Job Classification: Exempt Summary: The Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) Instructor is a full-time position located at the Marshalltown Campus and is responsible for teaching Nurse Aide courses and ensuring program compliance across all CNA offerings within IVCCD. This position oversees all CNA testing-both computer-based and skills-and maintains accurate course and testing records. The CNA Instructor will assist the Health Education Coordinator in ensuring quality instruction, regulatory compliance, and program integrity. This role also supports curriculum development, clinical coordination, and continuous improvement of the Nurse Aide program to meet state standards and local workforce needs. Travel to Ellsworth Community College and Iowa Valley Grinnell is required.
Job Responsibilities:
* Teach Nurse Aide courses in accordance with the objectives of the course outlines as set forth by Department of Inspections Appeals and Licensing (DIAL). Oversee and coordinate all CNA testing (computer-based and skills) for IVCCD, ensuring compliance with state testing protocols. Maintain accurate course and testing records for all Nurse Aide courses and ensure student prerequisites are verified via CastleBranch. Be knowledgeable and comply with all state guidelines and regulations relating to the operation and testing of the Nurse Aide program.
* Maintain accurate inventories of equipment and supplies; submit requisitions for materials as needed. Promptly report needed repairs for lab, classroom, and equipment. Stay current with trends in the field, integrating updates into curriculum, instructional practices, and equipment to ensure program relevance and excellence. May be required to substitute for other instructors or teach related health trainings and short-notice classes as needed. Assist the Health Education Coordinator with program oversight, quality assurance, and reporting.
* Develop and maintain current course syllabi and outlines for assigned courses. Utilize a variety of instructional methods and technologies that support diverse learning styles. Organize, assign, and supervise CNA clinical experiences at approved long-term care facilities to ensure quality learning and compliance with state requirements. Attend and actively participate in scheduled staff meetings and state-sponsored Nurse Aide program meetings (monthly).
* Meet all assigned classes and office commitments as scheduled. Serve actively on any committee to which you are appointed. Maintain regular and consistent attendance at work. Maintain professional appearance of office and laboratory areas. Must be willing to flex schedule as needed.
* Works and communicates professionally with others in a timely manner. Performs in a manner which benefits student learning.
* Supports the overall success of the District by performing other duties as assigned.
Education and Experience: Graduate of an approved School of Nursing with active RN licensure in Iowa or a compact state (or ability to obtain). Bachelor's degree in nursing or a related field preferred. Minimum of 2 years' experience as a Registered Nurse. At least 1 year of full-time employment in long-term care strongly preferred but not required. Teaching or training experience preferred. Registered Nurse in Iowa or a compact state or the ability to obtain one. CPR and Dependent adult and child abuse certified.
