We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Advanced Practice Provider (APRN or PA) to join our dynamic Neurosurgery team in Nashua, NH. This full-time position with a balanced mix of outpatient and inpatient responsibilities. The successful candidate will work collaboratively with a team of 2-3 Neurosurgeons and 4 experienced APPs to provide comprehensive care to neurosurgical patients.
Key Responsibilities

Post-operative assessments
Follow-up visits
Participate in inpatient rounding in collaboration with attending physicians
Contribute to patient management planning and coordination of care
Participate in on-call coverage:
Perform administrative duties during designated 4-hour weekly block

Qualifications
Current licensure as an APRN or PA in NH
Prior experience in neurosurgery or a surgical specialty preferred

Job Skills, Requirements And Responsibilities:

Successful candidates must meet the following requirements:
Current and unrestricted RN license
3 years' experience as an RN preferred, ideally with some home care experience, must possess exceptional IV skills
A Bachelor of Science in nursing, an associate degree in nursing, or have graduated from an accredited and approved nursing program
Current CPR
Proof of eligibility to work in the US
Successfully pass annual competency checks
Clean background and criminal record and must pass drug test
