Holy Family Parish School in Kirkland is hiring a responsible, dynamic, team player for our after-school program, Kids' Club. This position begins January 5, 2026. Hours of our Kids' Club program: 2pm-6pm Mondays and 3-6pm Tues-Friday. Kids' Club is closed when Holy Family School is closed (holidays, Christmas/mid-winter/spring break).
Duties include:
Supervising K-8th graders in large and small groups, ensuring safety and inclusion of all students.
Preparing, serving and cleaning up daily snack.
Assisting students with homework, providing support specific to each student's academic levels and accommodations.
Supervise the gym/outside playground/social hall.
Collaborate with Kids' Club coworkers (2-3per shift) to create a positive, organized, fun, accepting, and safe environment. Working with teachers and parents on a regular basis for homework and behavioral consistency and success is an important aspect of our program.
Qualifications
Qualifications:
Applicant must have prior experience working with small or large groups of elementary aged kids, such as at a church camp, summer camp, or after school program.
Applicant must be responsible, successful working collaboratively as well as independently, confident initiating activities, and can be firm but fair in creating and enforcing limits.
A clear background check is required prior to the first day of work.
CPR/First Aid and Food Handlers card required once hired.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
