Requirements Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or related field preferred. 3-5 years of recruitment experience, preferably within a healthcare or medical staffing environment. Proven success in full-cycle recruitment, including clinical roles such as providers (MD/DO, NP/PA) and clinical support staff. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple requisitions and priorities simultaneously. Proficiency with ATS and HRIS systems (e.g., Paylocity, iCIMS, ADP, or similar).
