Product Testers are wanted to work from home nationwide in the US to fulfill upcoming contracts with national and international companies. We guarantee 15-25 hours per week with an hourly pay of between $25/hr. and $45/hr., depending on the In-Home Usage Test project. No experience required.
There is no payment required in order to apply or to work as an In-Home Usage Tester. You don't have to buy products or pay for shipping, everything is paid by our company. In-Home Usage Testers are considered independent contractors, we pay weekly every Wednesday by direct deposit or by cheque.

Participation in these product testing and consumer panels is always free, secure and private. In-Home Usage Testing is a quick, easy and fun way to make extra cash by telling big brands what you think about their upcoming products and services in the American market.
Main Duties:
Properly document In-Home Usage Tests as instructed in the In-Home Usage Test Daily Schedule (screenshots, audio recordings, videos, product journal entries, etc.)
Take care of the product being tested and use it responsibly
Read and strictly follow the In-Home Usage Test Daily Schedule provided with each product testing project (may include tasks such as unpacking, reading instructions, journal entries, online or mobile feedback, usage of product for a certain amount of time, writing reviews, taking pictures, etc.)
Some In-Home Usage Tests projects may require participants to use MFour's Mobile In-Home Use Test Technology (cutting-edge smartphone technology to capture Point-of-Emotion insights to gain unparalleled depth of responses)
There are times when the product being tested may be discussed in a private chat room that is opened by a market research firm
Write reviews as requested in the In-Home Usage Test Daily Schedule for each project

Summary of Job Responsibilities:
Act as an advocate for each person served. Actively provide direct support to individuals served in a manner that is reflective of the person's culture, ethnicity, chosen lifestyle, and preferences. Assist in creating a person-centered, supportive learning and living environment that safeguards and enhances the lives of the people we serve.
Essential Functions & Principal Duties & Responsibilities:
Promote and protect the rights and dignity of each person served by assisting in the development and implementation of their ISP goals.
Maintain regular, professional communication with individuals served, their families/guardians, service providers, management, funding/referral sources, and other stakeholders.
Create and maintain a safe, healthy, and personalized home environment that reflects each person's preferences, ensures cleanliness, and supports their well-being, including monitoring health, medical, and nutritional needs. This may involve laundry, cleaning, cooking, meal prep, and personal care
Promote healthy, engaging activities (going in the yard, gardening, sports, puzzles, art, listening to music).
Administering medication (MAP certified staff only)
Safeguard confidentiality and protect the rights and dignity of the individuals served.
Provide essential program support, including required documentation, transportation, monitoring relationships for abuse/neglect, responding to health and medical needs, and responding to and reporting all emergencies
Participate in mandatory training and perform additional duties as assigned to support the organization's mission, goals, and operations.
Pay: $20.09-$23.69 per hour, depending on certifications

Requirements
High School diploma or equivalent required
Minimum 1 year of previous work experience with adults with disabilities required
Experience in an Acquired Brain Injury (ABI) home preferred
First Aid and CPR Certification required before starting employment
MAP certification preferred
Ability to lift 30lbs+
Ability to fluently speak, read, and write in English
Effective communication (verbal & written) and problem-solving skills
Ability to understand and comply with multiple regulatory requirements
A valid Massachusetts/New Hampshire/Rhode Island driver's license, a reliable vehicle, and a good driving history record
