Product Testers are wanted to work from home nationwide in the US to fulfill upcoming contracts with national and international companies. We guarantee 15-25 hours per week with an hourly pay of between $25/hr. and $45/hr., depending on the In-Home Usage Test project. No experience required.
There is no payment required in order to apply or to work as an In-Home Usage Tester. You don't have to buy products or pay for shipping, everything is paid by our company. In-Home Usage Testers are considered independent contractors, we pay weekly every Wednesday by direct deposit or by cheque.

Main Duties:
Properly document In-Home Usage Tests as instructed in the In-Home Usage Test Daily Schedule (screenshots, audio recordings, videos, product journal entries, etc.)
Take care of the product being tested and use it responsibly
Read and strictly follow the In-Home Usage Test Daily Schedule provided with each product testing project (may include tasks such as unpacking, reading instructions, journal entries, online or mobile feedback, usage of product for a certain amount of time, writing reviews, taking pictures, etc.)
Some In-Home Usage Tests projects may require participants to use MFour's Mobile In-Home Use Test Technology (cutting-edge smartphone technology to capture Point-of-Emotion insights to gain unparalleled depth of responses)
There are times when the product being tested may be discussed in a private chat room that is opened by a market research firm
Write reviews as requested in the In-Home Usage Test Daily Schedule for each project

POSITION SUMMARY
Under the direct supervision of a Registered Nurse, the Certified Nursing Assistant provides personal hygiene for the patients of Arkansas Hospice and maintains a safe and orderly environment within the guidelines of the interdisciplinary team plan of care.
QUALIFICATIONS
Education: High school diploma or GED; satisfactory completion of a nursing assistant (CNA) training and competency evaluation program that complies with Arkansas Department of Health guidelines also required.
Experience: Previous experience in direct patient care in a hospital, long-term care facility, or hospice preferred.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
Under the direction and ongoing supervision of the Registered Nurse, performs the following procedures, respecting the dignity, comfort, and privacy of the patient:
Bed bath/sponge bath/tub/whirlpool, and shower;
Shampoo
Skin, hair, and nail care (excluding diabetic patients)
Oral hygiene/care of the mouth/denture care
Toileting and elimination; assistance to bathroom or in using bedpan or commode
Normal range of motion and positioning
Safe transfer and ambulation techniques
Feeding and fluids; sets up meal tray and encourages fluids
Assists nurse when treatments are being performed
Performs routine housekeeping tasks to provide a safe and comfortable environment as instructed by the Registered Nurse
Conducts rounds on assigned patients every two hours and as needed to assure basic physical care needs are met. Alerts the professional care team member when problems are identified that require professional intervention (Inpatient Center)
Maintains accurate documentation of assignments for each patient as directed by Registered Nurse.
Establishes a relationship with the patient and family which is respectful, caring and promotes trust and confidentiality while maintaining appropriate boundaries.
Communicates effectively with members of the interdisciplinary team, patient, and family.
Recognizes and immediately reports to Registered Nurse any changes in the patient's mental or physical condition, family situation, and/or emergencies.
Properly uses equipment required for ensuring patient's safety.
Maintains a clean, safe environment while caring for the patient.
Observes, reports, and documents patient status and services provided. Reads and records vital signs indicated on the Plan of Care. Notifies Registered Nurse if vital signs are found to be outside normal limits.
Follows standard precautions and basic infection control procedures according to OSHA regulations and Arkansas Hospice, Inc. policies and procedures.
Maintains strict confidentiality at all times.
Utilizes and models excellent customer service skills at all times; seeks opportunities to assist patients, families and co-workers; demonstrates teamwork and cooperation.
Accepts direction and follows instructions from supervisor; seeks additional information as needed; works with minimal supervision.
Adheres to all organizational and departmental policies and procedures.
Continually meets organizational standards for attendance and punctuality; notifies supervisor in a timely manner when employee will be absent or late for work.
Attends all required meetings and in-services; seeks opportunities for additional professional development activities as appropriate. Successfully completes a total of at least twelve continuing education hours per year in order to maintain competency and skills required for certification.

Summary of Job Duties:The student(s) will be expected to become familiar with and be educated on conservation programs, practices. Students must be able to identify different conservation practices used by producers and the conservation program that provides financial assistance to help producers install the practices. Student must be familiar with the Conservation Practice Handbook and be able to explain different practices to producers. Student may sometimes accompany staff on routine farm visits to producers. The two basic programs that students must be familiar with and educated on are the Environmental Quality Incentive Program (EQIP) and the Conservation Stewardship Program (CSP).
The student will be expected to become familiar with and educated on crop and livestock production practices. Students will assist in setting up crop demonstrations. The student will assist in preparing the soil for planting, applying pesticides, etc. The student will also be involved in selecting plant varieties to used, testing the soil for fertility, and in planting the crop. Students must be able to take soil sample for fertility recommendations and nematode determination. Students must be able to use the pesticide manuals and provide recommendations for producers from the manuals. Students may also make routine farm visits with the staff.
Student will assist in arranging and conducting educational meetings. Students will setup and take down equipment used in the meeting and assist in all aspects with the meeting. Students may attend some local production meeting with the staff.
Students will become familiar with the different enterprise budgets and be able to use them when calculating expenses and income for different enterprises. Students must be able to explain the enterprise budget along with break-even analyses to producers.

General Summary:

Job Summary and Responsibilities
As our Patient Care Assistant, you'll help our patients feel safer and more comfortable by assisting with their basic daily life activities.
Every day, you will directly support patients with tasks such as personal hygiene, mobility, and feeding, while also assisting nursing staff with vital sign monitoring and preparing patient rooms.
Your success in this role comes from your genuine desire to help patients feel better, whether that means giving them fresh bed linens or checking their vitals. You're diligent about your tasks, observant of patients' conditions improving or declining, and accept coaching well.
Provides direct patient care as delegated by RN staff.
Monitors and records vital signs.
Assists in providing personal hygiene and physical care needs.
Accurately measures, records, and reports intake and output.
Obtains and records daily weight.
Performs blood glucose testing using blood glucose meter.
Job Requirements
High school diploma or GED Required
One of the following criteria must be met:
Certified Nursing Assistant/EMT, or
Completion of “Fundamentals of Nursing” in an accredited RN or LPN Nursing Program, or
Minimum of 6 months of direct patient care in an acute care environment within the last 24 months, or
Verifiable Certified Patient Care Tech, CPCT, issued by American Allied Health
CPR Certification from the American Heart Association required within 30 days of hire
