Frequently help clients with repositioning, transferring from beds/chairs, using mobility aids, and fall prevention techniques to ensure safety. Frequently assist clients with hygiene, bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, incontinence care, and other personal care needs while maintaining their dignity and respect. Consistently be on your feet, walking and standing for extended periods throughout the shift while assisting clients. Consistently maintain a clean, organized, and safe environment, following infection control and safety protocols to prevent falls, injuries, and health risks. Consistently engage with clients in a compassionate and patient manner, effectively communicating to understand their needs, provide emotional support, and ensure comfort.
