We support a family of businesses that relies on a lot of clinicians to support patients who are receiving healthcare services at home and in facilities. Successful candidates should submit a cover letter explaining their experience and how this role fits in their career trajectory to ******************* Responsibilities: Full-cycle recruiting responsibilities for home care caregivers and select additional roles Responsible for role-related advertising, sourcing, recruiting, interviewing, and offering Work collaboratively with hiring managers to evaluate candidates, processes, and fine-tune hiring efforts Make recommendations and adjustments to ensure the most collaborative hiring and onboarding procedures for each brand Contribute ideas towards multiple companies and departments to improve processes Qualifications: Strong interpersonal communication skills are a must-have Proven ability to plan and prioritize your work week Demonstrated ability to set and achieve hiring metrics and project goals A degree in Communications, Psychology, or related field is required Healthcare industry knowledge is ideal Experience in a Recruiting/Talent Acquisition environment is preferred Military Occupational Classification (MOC) Codes: If you're a military member transitioning to civilian life, we value your service and skills.
