They work closely with physicians, case managers, physical therapists, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care. Educating patients and their families about medical conditions, treatments, and post-discharge care, as well as providing emotional support to those dealing with serious or life-changing conditions, is an integral part of the role.
The MS Tele RN recognizes and responds to signs of patient deterioration or emergency situations such as cardiac arrest, participating in rapid response or code blue events, and performing life-saving interventions such as CPR or defibrillation when necessary. Qualifications:
