Job Description:
Deliver skilled nursing care to patients in homehealth and hospice settings
Perform comprehensive assessments and develop individualized care plans
Administer medications, treatments, wound care, and pain management
Educate patients and families about disease processes, medications, and end-of-life care
Coordinate with physicians, case managers, and other interdisciplinary team members
Maintain accurate documentation using EMR systems
Manage a daily caseload and travel locally to patient homes
Education & Certification Requirements:
Active RN License in the state of Idaho - required
BLS Certification (American Heart Association) - required
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation - required
ADN or BSN from an accredited nursing program
Experience Requirements:
Minimum of 1-2 years of recent experience in homehealth and/or hospice - required
Strong clinical assessment and organizational skills
EMR charting experience preferred
Previous travel nursing experience preferred but not required

Our Correctional Healthcare Division works with facilities in 34 states to hire for thousands of correctional healthcare roles every year. Currently, we're helping correctional facilities in Kuna, Idaho that urgently need Travel RNs to provide care.
Qualifications:
Active Idaho or compact RN License
This is a travel position only; cannot be an Idaho resident
Minimum 1-year prior nursing experience
American Heart Association BLSCorrections nursing experience is a plus
Applicant must be able to pass a background check before starting work
Travel Contract Details:
$1,714 - $1,879 per week
13-week contract with possibility of extension8 week extensions36/48 hour shift rotation
Orientation 40 hours - first 3 days at the regional office, last 2 days at the assigned facility
