Position Summary
Join our collaborative therapy team providing part-time outpatient physical therapy services within private school settings across Frederick and Washington Counties. This unique role offers the opportunity to deliver individualized outpatient treatment in a supportive environment, working closely with students, families, and school staff to promote functional progress in all areas of development. Ideal for therapists seeking flexibility and meaningful impact in a community-focused setting. The PT/PTA will determine a child's level of function relative to age in such areas as fine/gross motor skill development, quality of motor integration, sensory modulation, self-care and activities of daily living and carry out a treatment plan and monitor progress for each child on his/her caseload. Required skills include planning, administering, scoring and interpreting tests related to development in both sensory processing and motor coordination. ✅ Qualifications:
Graduate of an accredited PhysicalTherapistAssistant program
Current MD license (or eligibility to obtain)
New grads and experienced PTAs welcome!
Strong communication, documentation, and interpersonal skills
