Over the next few years, the home heating and cooling side of Custom Aire continued to grow, despite the new office being flooded in 1997.
Executive Director Lisa Baron founded Memory Care Home Solutions (MCHS) in 2002 in response to her own family’s struggle to care for a loved one with dementia.
In 2008, the owners officially established a legal identity for the residential business and became a franchise with Clockwork Home Services that provided training and marketing resources.
After selling his 450-store franchise in 2012, he was looking for a new opportunity.
