Our founders, Paul and Lori Hogan, launched Home Instead in 1994 to provide care to Paul’s 90-year-old grandmother.
In June 1995, the company began franchising.
Jeff joined Home Instead in 1998 as a franchise development manager, helping grow the company into what it is today.
In 2000, Home Instead Senior Care began international development with the opening of a Master Franchise in Osaka, Japan.
In 2003, the Home Instead Senior Care Foundation was created to further the philanthropic mission of franchisees.
Since 2014, Honor has scaled a home care agency, built a national network of agencies, and developed a technology platform to strengthen the relationship between care professional and client.
