As a Workday Talent & Performance Consultant, a typical day to include the following:

* Responsible for actively participating in all stages of the Workday project lifecycle, from planning and design phases through testing and deployment

Knowledge and Expertise of:

* 1 to 3 plus years of experience with HRIS or a Talent Management System; strongly prefer Workday or another similar application such as Oracle SuccessFactors, Cornerstone OnDemand, etc.
* Knowledge and experience with translating business requirements into system requirements
* Previous consulting experience either as an internal consultant or with a consulting/software company preferred
