You'll drive operational excellence, scale delivery capabilities, and continuously refine processes to enhance productivity and quality. Key Responsibilities Define the Financial Taxonomy: Design and maintain the canonical taxonomy for financial concepts, workflows, and document types (models, memos, CIMs, TAM analysis, NDAs, etc.) to guide model training and evaluation. Domain Leadership: Serve as the finance subject matter authority, ensuring that all model training datasets align with best practices across investment banking, private investing (PE, growth, VC). Data Frameworks & Standards: Define data collection, labeling, and evaluation standards to ensure consistency, interpretability, and financial rigor in all training materials. Financial Modeling & Valuation Oversight: Set quality benchmarks and review frameworks for model accuracy across DCFs, LBOs, comparables, merger models, and returns analyses. Investment & Market Analysis: Develop structured templates and data patterns for qualitative analyses and investment memos. Structuring Deal Processes: Encode and standardize processes for CIM evaluation, NDA/legal document understanding, and deal sourcing workflows for AI use. Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Applied Science, or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience in asset-intensive industries is required. 5+ years of proven experience in a leadership role within Solution Consulting or a related field is required. 5+ years of strong understanding of industry-specific solutions and services. (i.e. O&G, Energy and Utilities, Manufacturing and Mining or similar industries) 5+ years of experience serving as a delivery/workstream lead, coordinating cross-functional contributors and driving outcomes through collaboration and influence. 2-3 years of prior experience working with SAP, IBM Maximo and/or APM systems is required. Experience implementing value-based methodologies, particularly Innovapptive's Value-Based Methodology. Strong experience of developing As-Is, To-Be processes and developing team competencies is required. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences. Track record of successfully leading teams and driving business growth. Bachelor's degree in engineering or science; Master's degree preferred.
