Mr. Woodward brings significant experience in developing and managing the growth of consumer brands. Since joining Crate and Barrel in 2015, he has been responsible for all aspects of merchandising, including sourcing, product design and assortment selection for the global omni-channel home furnishings retailer. Prior to that time, Mr. Woodward was Senior Vice President of Licensed Watches and Jewelry for Fossil, where he was head of the Michael Kors watch and jewelry business. He has also served as Executive Vice President and General Merchandise Manager of The Bombay Company, CEO of Illuminations and Vice President of Pier 1 Imports.

Mr. Herrman, age 59, has been Chief Executive Officer of TJX since January 2016, a director since October 2015, and President since January 2011. He served as Senior Executive Vice President, Group President from August 2008 to January 2011, with responsibilities for Marmaxx, HomeGoods, and TJX Canada; President of Marmaxx from 2005 to 2008; and Senior Executive Vice President, Chief Operating Officer of Marmaxx from 2004 to 2005. From 1989 to 2004, he held various merchandising positions with TJX. As Chief Executive Officer and President of TJX, and through the many other positions Mr. Herrman has held with the Company, Mr. Herrman has a deep understanding of TJX and broad experience in all aspects of off-price retail, including merchandising, management, leadership development, business strategy, international operations, marketing, real estate, buying, and distribution.

Jordi Martin-Consuegra is a Deputy CEO at HUDSON GROUP and is based in East Rutherford, New Jersey. He has worked as Managing Director Business Solutions at Burke Museum, Dir:Organization & HR at Dufry, and Chief Resources Director at Dufry. Jordi attended London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE) between 2018 and 2018, Universidad Complutense de Madrid between 1990 and 1995, and University of St. Gallen between 2020 and 2020.
