Position Summary: Homemakers (HM) services are provided to clients who require physical assistance and verbal queuing with homemaking tasks. In-home Nurse Supervision is conducted not less than once each quarter. Licensed Practical Nurses may supervise and orient the HM as allowed by the Elder Affair's Provider Agreement. Education, Experience and Qualifications: Successful completion of an approved 40- hour HM training program in accordance with Federal Regulations.
