Documents problems, appropriate goals, interventions, and patient/family response to hospice care.

Hospice Registered Nurse / RN CaseManager Requirements
RN license in the state you work
Two years of experience as a registered nurse, hospice experience preferred
Current driver's license
Current CPR and BCLS certification
