We are urgently seeking an experienced caregiver to join our team in the New Carlisle area to assist a client with personal care needs. The ideal candidate will have prior experience using a Hoyer Lift and be compassionate, reliable, and dedicated to providing high-quality care. This position requires availability to work Saturdays and Sundays from 8 AM to 4 PM. Differential pay will be offered for weekend shifts; details will be discussed during the interview. Assist with all Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) as assigned.

Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED

Job Limitations:
The home health aide will not function in any manner viewed as the practice of nursing according to the State's Nurse Practice Act. Working Conditions:
Contact with client in their living environment. May be required to respond in an emergency situation. Travel required. Position includes tasks that have the potential for exposure to blood and other potentially infectious material (OPIM) such as body fluids/tissues.
Personal Protective Equipment:
May include gloves, mask, eye protection, CPR shield and disposable outer covering. All required protective equipment provided by BrightStar
Physical Requirements:
Must be able to stand walk, squat, bend, kneel, reach, twist, push and pull.
Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
Travel Requirements:
Limited travel within the greater Cincinnati area as needed for various staff and client care service needs.
