Position Overview: The clinical supervisor organizes, administers, and oversees the clinical operation of the Specialized Treatment Programs utilizing evidence based best practice models and sound clinical judgment. Individual is responsible for working closely with the Director of Specialized Treatment Programs and leadership team to ensure a safe, therapeutic environment for all youth and staff and ensures compliance with all relevant mandates. Monitoring, tracking and making required deadlines as per NYS ACS/OMH/DSS/OCFS/CSE standards, agency policies and procedures are required. Clinical Supervisor is responsible to assure that youth/family treatment goals are being met through the services provided by Caseworkers, Social Workers, and Individual & Family Therapists. The Clinical Supervisor ensures that clinical and casemanagement protocols related to youth in these specialized programs are implemented. The Clinical Supervisor shows dedication and willingness to work alongside the Integrated Treatment Model (ITM) team, supporting and carrying out the functions of the model to best serve the population. They are expected to have a nonjudgmental approach that focuses on skill building and basic principles of behavior (reinforcement, extinction, blocking and shaping). They are required to function as part of a team, committing to modeling pro social behavior and building positive relationships with all residents.

Provide bi-monthly and/or quarterly clinical educational trainings for Clinical team.
Provide daily direction to the CaseManagement staff.
Communicate with family, collaterals, and other agency staff on behalf of clients to facilitate coordination of care within the constraints of the client's right to privacy.
Attend weekly check-in supervision sessions with Program Director. Subject to change depending on performance, in addition monthly supervisions.
Ensure the timely submission of time-sensitive documents by clinical staff.
24 hours on-call during off-hours and weekends.

4. Document any concerns, conflicting information, other issues that surface during the evaluation process
5. Emphasize continuity of care, thus reducing or eliminating fragmentation, duplication, and gaps in treatment plan
6. Discuss with consumer on health care options, supports needed, service vendor options and waiver options
7. Initiate communication between the Call Center and eligible consumers for enrollment into a managed care health plan

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Maintain and update digital and physical records of all families as required by governing agencies.
Collaborate with clients to develop service plans based on an assessment of each family's needs.
Assist families with connecting to community resources, support groups, and cultural services to provide social support.
Assisting families with referrals to outside agencies for legal services, education, parenting, medical, and mental health services.
Maintain and update case files bi-weekly to document progress.
Adhere to all city and state guidelines for maintaining documents.
Conducts unit inspections.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor's or Associate degree.
Some casemanagement experience.
Fluency in languages other than English, particularly Spanish strongly preferred.
