We are looking for individuals with experience doing tub to shower conversions with acrylic or onyx walls. These are typically one day jobs as we focus solely on the wet area (not a full bath remodel).

Requirements:
• Prefer 1 year of bathroom remodeling experience specifically removing old tubs down to the studs and reinstalling a walk in shower or walk in jacuzzi tub. Basic electrical experience preferred.
• A box truck, cargo van or full size pickup (trailer is a plus).
• Current or ability to obtain general liability insurance and workers compensation insurance (we can assist).
• Individuals and teams welcome.

Remodeling Contractor Job Details:

Pay: $25-35/hr D.O.E.

Schedule: M-F, 8:00 am -5:00 pm

Remodeling Contractor Job Responsibilities:

• Ensure all projects are executed in compliance with specs as well as regulatory code requirements

• Coordinate tasks according to priorities and plans

• Supervise and train workers and tradespeople

• Guarantee all safety precautions and quality standards are met

• Monitor expenditure and ensure it does not exceed budget

• Consistently report progress to Project Managers

Remodeling Contractor Job Requirements:

• 6+ months recent/relevant contracting or home remodeling experience

• Must have valid MO Driver’s License and Insurance

• Must have tools, work vehicle and good references

• Must have experience in the remodeling or home repair trades

• In-depth knowledge of construction procedures, equipment and safety guidelines

• Ability to lift 50+ lbs.

• Can complete projects within given time allotment

• The exterior remodeling team requires some experience with either deck Installation, window installation, and/or siding/gutter installation

Responsibilities

The Contractor / Craftsman / Remodeler has expertise in multiple types of home repair, maintenance and remodeling. You must have basic construction skills, be organized, and effectively communicate with others with a positive attitude. We are looking for craftsmen (and women!) who can bid work and produce it.
