Pros of working at HomeServe USA

Remote jobs. If not for this the pay would not be worth the aggravation.

Training is terrible. They constantly change the rules and every trainer says things are done differently.

Pros of working at HomeServe USA

I like working there because I got to interact with different people, and I got to work with different units

Cons of working at HomeServe USA

I what I didn’t like about working there is that it was contracted and I wasn’t able to receive benefit such as paid time off vacation time or a 401k/pension

The benefit I enjoyed the most was the fact I got to use the company car to get to my appointments.
