As an Advanced Care Provider (Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner) on the House Calls team at Sollis Health. Under the supervision of a Physician, you will conduct concierge medical visits in patients' homes, providing care to adults and children who would typically seek treatment in an emergency room or urgent care center. Additionally, you will work in our centers, delivering a range of treatments to help patients avoid unnecessary visits to the emergency department. Provides primary and episodic care to patients - independently and in collaboration with other medical professionals - following standards and protocols set by the Chief Medical Officer and/or Supervising Physician. Job Qualifications Physician Assistant: Master's degree from an ARC-PA accredited program for Physician Assistants with at least 1 year of clinical experience. State licensure as a Physician Assistant. National board certification by one of the Physician Assistant certifying bodies (i.e. NCCPA). DEA license with no restrictions. Clinical experience in an emergency, urgent care or ambulatory clinic setting. BLS certified Environmental and physical requirements: Candidate must be able to read, write and speak English fluently, have cognitive skills for math, reading, filing and sterile technique skills. Communication skills to deal well with employees, patients, families and Physician/Medical Providers. Vision for near, mid-range, far and accommodation. Hearing for low, medium, and high pitch.
