Perform transfers without gait belt.
Assist clients with personal care, including bathing, grooming, and dressing.
Provide companionship and emotional support to clients.
Support clients with mobility assistance and light exercise.
Collaborate with the caregiving team to ensure the well-being and comfort of clients.
Qualifications:
You're a great fit if you have the following skills.
You are professional and a great listener.
Patience, coachable, punctuality, and great communication.
Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Personal Care Aide (PCA) certification or experience working with individuals who require transfers.
Ability to communicate effectively in English.
Experience in providing personal care and support to individuals.
Great attention to detail and organized.
Employment Type & Availability:
This position is Full-Time or Part-time. 24-36 hours per week, every week. 12 hour shifts (7am-7pm) At least 2 out of 3 days: Friday - Sunday.
