The facilities are top-notch
I think there are still communication issues with minority students and the predominately white staff
Great facilities, but mostly the students' ambition. Being able to guide and mentor them has been life-changing.

I researched the school, the demographic, background on the previous coach, and brought in my resume.
In my experience, HF pays their staff well. However, I am there more than 25 hours a week for 9 months out of the year so I probably make $3 an hour
Depends on what you mean by diversity. In the HF community because there is such a large black population they consider it diverse, but I see diversity being of many different ethnicities.
Seeing the students grow emotionally, mentally, and creatively.
