This position will ensure that demand planning is integrated with the remaining E2E planning functions, including supply planning, production planning, inventory planning, and life cycle management into a common plan. The role will focus on Sales, Inventory and Operational Planning (SIOP) with particular emphasis on Consensus Demand Planning and long-term demand planning. Supports the facilitation of the demand planning meetings, the supply planning process, the financial reconciliation and the final executive SIOP plan review. The role will be dedicated to implementing policies and procedures within the Business Units (BU's) and driving the adoption of best practices for SIOP and Demand Planning. The role will also foresee the implementation of an advanced planning tool & migration from APO in the near future. Must be capable of translating objectives into a deliverable strategy to achieve business goals and create a competitive advantage of the product portfolio.
