What You'll Do
As a MarComm Intern with HealthCorps, you will play a key role in supporting regional communications, content creation, and outreach efforts that promote health and wellness in schools and communities.
We're looking for someone who can commit to 8 hours a week throughout the academic year, with 2 - 3 hours a week being spent at local school sites capturing content. Your responsibilities will include:
Content Creation & Storytelling: You will support content collection and storytelling projects for digital communications and social media platforms. Qualifications

Ability to work collaboratively with others.
Adhere to HIPAA guidelines within the mental health field.
Maintain a professional demeanor and positive working relationship with internal and external team members, stakeholders, and community and business partners.
Ability to provide direct therapy to children, adolescents, and families.
Successful completion of background check and eligible for Level 1 Fingerprint Clearance Card
Available during regular business hours of the clinic as well as flexibility to observe the Crisis Mobile Team (if applicable)
Responsibilities
Engage and deliver quality services including clinical care and therapy services to children, adolescents, and families in the designated clinic.
Complete internship requirements as outlined by the School/University.
Regularly attend/participate in weekly staff meetings.
Independently maintain the agreed Agency and Student weekly schedule.
Openness to learn evidence-based practices and curriculums utilized by the agency in providing services to client populations serves.
Complete all case documentation (treatment plans, progress notes, communications, DCS reports, etc.,) in a timely manner according to policy.
Demonstrate clinical competence by interacting with clients in an ethical, professional manner, and using supervision/group consultation as needed.
Coordinate with other medical or mental health providers when appropriate in order to provide comprehensive care to clients.
