Hood Packaging Corporation was formerly known as Southern Bag Corporation and changed its name to Hood Packaging Corporation in August 2001. The company was founded in 1978 is headquartered in Madison, Mississippi. As of March 31, 2000, Hood Packaging Corporation operates as a subsidiary of Hood Companies, Inc.
