Job Duties
Troubleshoot, diagnose and repair Crown and all other makes of lift trucks.
Perform all assigned planned maintenance on customer lift trucks.
Maintain a service van and its inventory.
Process paperwork after completion of each job.
Minimum Qualifications
Less than 2 years related experience
High school diploma or equivalent
Valid driver's license, good driving record, and ability to safely operate lift trucks.
Preferred Qualifications
Good mechanical and electrical aptitudes, knowledge of electrical/electronic systems and hydraulics and internal combustion engines, and the ability to read and understand electrical and hydraulic schematics.
Good written/verbal communication and customer care skills.
Technical degree, previous lift truck repair, welding experience, and knowledge of various types of testing equipment preferred.
Familiar with tools and equipment such as common hand tools, electrical/air tools, torch, arc welder and various types of testing equipment.
Industry related training is preferred
Ability to read and understand service manuals, plan, and follow-through

Position Summary:
The Food and Beverage Equipment Technician is responsible for maintaining, repairing, and installing a variety of food and beverage service equipment to ensure functionality, safety, and compliance with sanitation standards. General Description Northeast Paving a division of Vinci Construction USA is seeking an IT Support Specialist I position on the Technology Team in Pittsburgh, PA. The IT Support Specialist role involves providing end-user desktop support both remotely and in-person, handling Tier (1-2) support tickets, and working on technology implementation projects.
Key Duties
Create, review and triage support Tier (1-2) tickets on a timely basis
Project work related to the implementation of new technology tools.
Provide end-user desktop support via remote support tools or in person visits
Provide excellent customer service by communicating professionally and effectively with users to understand their issues, provide updates on ticket status, and verify their concerns are addressed promptly.
Install and configure new computers, monitors, and printers.
Assist with system administration tasks, including server upgrades, updates, patches, deployments, architecture review / design and general best practices

Coordinate with vendors to execute software and firmware upgrades

About the Job:
With minimal supervision, perform a variety of preventive maintenance, functional and electrical safety tests, calibration and repairs to assure the safe and proper functioning of hospital biomedical electronic/electromechanical equipment and other devices as directed.
What You'll Do:
Work as required at all Elliot Health Systems facilities.
Performs all testing procedures according to specified standards, policies and procedures.
Implements the preventive maintenance program utilizing general and specific types of test equipment and procedures. Coordinates repair with outside firms as directed.
Assists in the review/revision of IPM program documentation system, department policies/procedures and service contract reviews.
Maintains, calibrates and repairs biomedical equipment. Selects and requisitions needed parts. Removes and/or disconnects hazardous equipment as necessary.
Assists in the installation of new equipment.
Documents all work performed according to department policies and procedures. Generates reports from PC database as required using Microsoft Word and Excel.
Assists in the training of medical staff concerning the potential hazards of the equipment and proper equipment operation. Assists in the investigation of special application problems as directed.
Assists in the training of co-workers including but not limited to equipment operation, repair, documentation and other areas of department operations.
Maintains work areas in a clean, safe and organized manner.
Who You Are:

Ability to plan and perform a wide variety of duties requiring general knowledge of policies and procedures applicable within area.

Maintains current knowledge of applicable codes/standards and medical equipment functions.
Ability to work in an environment such as: emergency rooms, intensive care units, and surgical rooms where ill patients may be present and various medical procedures may be in progress.
Ability to work with frequent interruptions and respond appropriately to unexpected situations.
Possess the ability to work on a wide variety of medical equipment.
Job Qualifications:
Education: Associate degree in Electronics Engineering Technology or Biomedical Technology preferred. Combination of equivalent training and experience will be considered.
Experience: Four plus years of biomedical electronic technician experience preferred.
Certification/Licensure: Valid driver's license required.
Software/Hardware: Ability to use various test equipment frequently used in the Healthcare Technology Management profession as well as Computer Maintenance Management Software (CMMS). Knowledge in Microsoft Word and Excel.
