Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Occupational Safety, Industrial Hygiene, Environmental Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience). 5+ years of safety management experience in a heavy manufacturing, steel, automotive, or industrial environment. In-depth knowledge of OSHA 1910 regulations and best practices in industrial safety. Strong understanding of environmental health and safety standards, industrial hygiene, and ergonomics. The EH&S Manager is also tasked with reducing workplace accidents, enhancing employee health and safety, and ensuring environmental sustainability practices are followed.
