Angio/Interventional Technologist

Responsible for completing Angiography procedures, some advanced imaging procedures, embolization, thrombectomies, PTA/stenting.
Essential Functions
.
Provides procedural assistance as a circulating tech, scrub tech, or monitoring tech, according to Angio lab policies and procedures and Scope of Practice documents.
Ensures proper patient identification, order verification, and prepares the patient for the exam.
Adheres to radiation safety guidelines and maintains a safe working environment for patients and staff.
Develops specific knowledge about invasive, diagnostic, and interventional supplies, appropriate indications and applications, and proper use and deployment techniques.
Follows appropriate protocol for medical necessity, coding and charging, obtaining necessary consents, maintaining applicable QC (Quality Control) programs, and reporting any equipment failures or problems.
Provides appropriate patient education, ensures patient comfort, and address patient and/or family concerns.
Keeps accurate records of patient information, procedures performed, and any adverse reactions or incidents.
Coordinates patient care and communicates pertinent information to other patient care providers following procedure.
At the end of the procedure, suture the sheath in place, or remove the sheath and apply pressure to obtain hemostasis.
Performs advanced interventional procedures including ablation procedures, stents, thrombectomy, embolization.
Orient new angio staff, provide teaching, coaching, mentoring and provide direct supervision as a defined preceptor.
Proctors other staff including specialized equipment and procedural techniques.

Physical Requirements
Ongoing need for employee to see and read information, labels, assess patient needs, operate monitors, identify equipment and supplies.
Frequent interactions with patient care providers, patients, and visitors that require employee to verbally communicate as well as hear and understand spoken information, alarms, needs, and issues quickly and accurately, particularly during emergency situations.

Duties and Responsibilities:
As a BPA, you will be part of our 60,000+ workforce that strives to protect the American people by safeguarding our borders, deterring illicit activity, and enhancing the nation's economic prosperity. Being a BPA makes you a valuable member of the Federal Law Enforcement Officer (LEO) profession.
Typical assignments include:
· Detecting and questioning people suspected of violating immigration and customs laws and inspecting documents and possessions to determine citizenship or violations.
· Preventing and apprehending aliens and smugglers of aliens at or near the borders by maintaining surveillance from covert positions to include using infrared scopes during night operations.
· Interpreting and following tracks, marks, and other physical evidence of illegal entry of persons or contraband.
· Performing farm checks, building checks, traffic checks, city patrols, and transportation checks.
· Patrolling the international boundary and coastal waterways using a variety of government assets such as vehicles, horses, vessels, watercraft, off-road vehicles, ATVs, snowmobiles, and motorcycles for the accomplishment of the USBP Mission.
Qualifications:
GL-9: You qualify for the GL-9 grade level if you possess one (1) year of specialized experience, equivalent to at least the next lower grade level, performing duties such as:
· Performing physical searches of detained individuals, their vehicles, and their immediate surroundings for weapons, contraband, currency, and other evidence.
· Apprehending, physically restraining, or working with law enforcement officials to identify or apprehend violators of state, federal, or immigration laws.
· Proficient in the use of firearms, preparing investigative reports, serving court orders (e.g., warrants, subpoenas, etc.), and gathering evidence for criminal cases prosecuted through the court system.
If you have previous or current law enforcement or military law enforcement experience, you may qualify at the GS-11 grade level.
GS-11: You qualify for the GS-11 grade level if you possess one year of specialized experience equivalent to at least the next lower grade level, with the authority granted by the state or government to enforce laws, make arrests, and investigate crimes, performing primary duties in an official law enforcement capacity such as:
· Utilizing intelligence information to track illegal operations, criminal activity, threats to our nation, and/or contraband while serving as a state, federal, or military law enforcement official.
· Leading investigations of fraud, contraband, criminal activity, threats to our nation, and/or illegal operations to determine sources and patterns while serving as a state, federal, or military law enforcement official.
· Apprehending violators of state, federal, or immigration laws by utilizing various forms of complex technology that include surveillance, detection, situation awareness systems, and/or communications equipment.
The above experience will be applied in connection with the following: Make arrests and exercise sound judgment in the use of firearms; deal effectively with people in a courteous manner in connection with law enforcement matters; analyze information rapidly and make prompt decisions; or develop and maintain contact with a network of informants.
There are no education substitutions for the GL-9 or GS-11 grade-level Border Patrol Agent opportunities.

Citizenship: You must be a U.S. Citizen to apply for this position.
Residency: You must have had primary U.S. residency (including protectorates as declared under international law) for at least three of the last five years.
Age Restriction: In accordance with Public Law 100-238, this position is covered under law enforcement retirement provisions. Candidates must be referred for selection to the Border Patrol Agent position before reaching their 40th birthday in accordance with Department of Homeland Security Directive 251-03. The age restriction may not apply if you are currently serving or have previously served in a federal civilian law enforcement (non-military) position covered by Title 5 U.S.C. 8336(c) or Title 5 U.S.C. 8412(d).

Formal Training: After you are hired, you will be detailed to the U.S. Border Patrol Academy in Artesia, New Mexico, for approximately six (6) months of intensive instruction in immigration and nationality laws, law enforcement, and USBP-specific operations, driver training, physical techniques, firearms, and other courses. Border Patrol work requires the ability to speak and read Spanish, as well as English. Border Patrol Agents will be provided training to become proficient in the Spanish language at the Academy.

HEALTH SERVICES ADMINISTRATOR (RN) POSITION SUMMARY The Health Services Administrator (HSA) is the chief administrative manager of the on-site health services department. HEALTH SERVICES ADMINISTRATOR (RN) MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration/related field.

Coordinates the Medical Audit Committee and facilitates the monthly meetings.
Ensures compliance with ACA and/or NCCHC standards and VitalCore clinical services and administrative policies and
procedures.
Coordinates with Hospital Administrators and other external providers on the delivery of services at hospitals or
other external health services locations outside the facility. When appropriate, negotiates third party contracts for
the facility.
Adheres to and enforces all safety and security policies and procedures and participates in and ensures compliance with
applicable safety/emergency drills.
Follows and enforces all security regulations, including but not limited to keys, sharps, and controlled medications.
Ensures annual performance evaluations are conducted and completed with all personnel, including peer reviews.
Attend training and meetings as required.

Role Overview: The Onsite Manufacturing Quality Engineer (MQE) will be the primary technical interface supporting the development, validation, and maintenance of Manufacturing & Quality Instructions (MQIs). This role bridges engineering, quality, and supplier teams to ensure manufacturing documentation accurately represents the latest design and process standards while supporting daily production and vendor queries. The MQE will also play a pivotal role in advancing process capability, inspection reliability, and OEE-based performance tracking - contributing directly to the customer's long-term zero-defect and reliability engineering objectives. Key Responsibilities Review, validate, and update MQIs to ensure alignment with current design definitions, EOs/ECRs/ECOs, and process requirements. Coordinate with engineering, manufacturing, and quality teams to gather and verify documentation inputs. Address and resolve vendor and shop floor queries related to manufacturability, inspection, and process compliance. Identify mismatches between 2D drawings and 3D models; drive resolution and documentation updates. Conduct and support First Article Inspections (FAI) and process tryouts for gaging and inspection systems. Lead gage correlation studies (e.g., CMM vs. manual inspection) and ensure consistent inspection methodologies. Maintain structured traceability logs for documentation updates and vendor clarifications. Collaborate with offshore authoring and process engineering teams for standardized documentation practices. Support customer initiatives in process capability improvement, inspection correlation, and reliability metrics (OEE, escape analysis, etc.) to enhance long-term manufacturing robustness. Skill-Set Requirements Strong understanding of Manufacturing Engineering, Quality Systems, and aerospace documentation standards. Proven experience in FAI, PPAP, and inspection process documentation. Working knowledge of ECO/ECR workflows, PLM systems, and drawing interpretation. Competence in 2D and 3D CAD model comprehension (CATIA or equivalent). Familiarity with gage R&R, correlation checks, and measurement system reliability. Strong communication and coordination skills for cross-functional collaboration with suppliers and engineering teams. Analytical approach to process data, capable of identifying and resolving documentation or reliability gaps. Nice to have: o Exposure to process capability studies (Cp/Cpk) and OEE-based performance analysis. o Experience supporting reliability engineering initiatives, such as inspection system validation, escape management, or process control standardization. o Understanding of continuous improvement frameworks and digital readiness for future smart quality systems. Ideal Background Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, or Industrial Engineering (or equivalent). 5-10 years of experience in Aerospace or Precision Manufacturing environments. Knowledge of AS9100, NADCAP, and related quality frameworks. Demonstrated success working with cross-functional teams and suppliers. Proactive, methodical, and collaborative - able to manage ambiguity and drive clarity in complex documentation environments.

SUMMARY/ ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
(Pipelayer role, mainly but not limited to;)
· Reports directly to Job Foreman daily.
· Completes tasks assigned for excavation and construction of underground utility sitework, often working in trenches.
· Effectively completes all jobs assigned within the designated time limit.
· Must maintain a clean and safe work area. Identifies hazards associated with task assignments and asks questions when clarification is needed.
· Comply with all safety policies, practices and procedures.
· Check the quality of pipe to ensure it is without defect.
· Additionally, Pipelayer must be able to lay out laterals, set up for dig, being aware of possible safety issues, be capable of grading for pipe as well as attach laterals, fittings, valves and curb inlets and lay pipe into trenches.
· Any other work as assigned by Foreman, Project Manager and/or Office Managers.
EXPERIENCE:
· Must have a minimum of 1 year experience in wet utility underground construction.
PHYSICAL/ ENVIRONMENTAL DEMANDS
· Ability to lift at least 50 lbs. multiple times daily.
· Competency and awareness of surroundings to identify safety hazards.
· Constant standing, bending, shoveling and other miscellaneous manual labor.
· Requires working outside in the elements with constant exposure to dirt, dust and other particles.
· Exposure to hot outdoor temperatures for up to 10 hours a day, along with direct sunlight.

EXPECTATIONS
This is a FULL-TIME position. Working hours will vary depending on the season, job site, and demand of work. Overtime is required and varies depending on the demand of work. Dispatch for multiple agencies, including federal, state and local law enforcement agencies, including, fire EMS and rescue units.
Maintain CPR, Emergency Medical Dispatch and BCI certifications by completing service training hours.
Re-certify with POST as mandated by the Utah State Legislature through 40 hours of in-service training annually.
Establish and maintain effective work relationships with coworkers, management and other agency personnel.
Follows policies, procedures, guidelines and instructions as provided by the District.
Maintains confidentiality with information obtained through employment with the District.
Issues discussed in relation to employment, personnel matters and District investigations are to be held in strict confidence and not divulged without management permission.

Responsibilities
* Maintain accountability and control of flight testing materials.
* Update data in PEX, future equivalent systems to PEX, and locally-developed computer database systems as required.
* Interface with Host Aviation Resource Management (HARM) personnel to update the Aviation

* AF Form 8, Qualification of Aircrew Qualification.
