HEALTH SERVICES ADMINISTRATOR (RN) POSITION SUMMARY The Health Services Administrator (HSA) is the chief administrative manager of the on-site health services department. The HSA is accountable for the delivery of contract services and ensuring that VitalCore Health Strategies is in compliance with all aspects of the client contract. The HSA is responsible for recruiting and hiring all personnel and accountable for interviewing and selecting contractual staff. In addition to managing the site budget, the HSA constructs and supervises an annual operational plan. The HSA is responsible for developing and maintaining positive, professional, and collaborative relationships with clients (administrator/warden, supervisor, etc.) and ensuring customer satisfaction.
HEALTH SERVICES ADMINISTRATOR (RN) MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration/related field.
Licensed Registered Nurse.
Minimum of two (2) years of management experience in a healthcare setting necessary.
Subject to initial and ongoing security clearance.
Correctional healthcare experience preferred.
HEALTH SERVICES ADMINISTRATOR (RN) ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Manages the healthcare delivery system and coordinates with other functions within the facility.
Manages the budget and financial performance of the site. Submits timely and accurate reports to supervisor and/or
corporate office.
Develops and/or supervises the facility operational plan.
Directs the activities of the assigned staff.
Actively recruits new staff.
Arranges interview process for potential staff including necessary collateral colleagues (i.e., Director of Nursing) and
departments.
Interfaces with VitalCore Human Resources for the hiring and terminating of all site staff. Manages labor ensuring the
site is staffed according to contractual commitments and supervises staff scheduling.
Coordinates and participates in the interviewing and selection of Independent Contractors.
Ensures orientation of new VitalCore personnel by conducting or coordinating all initial new hire and annual orientation
and training activities.
Ensures site utilization and compliance with all VitalCore and applicable client systems and applications.
Coordinates the Medical Audit Committee and facilitates the monthly meetings.
Ensures compliance with ACA and/or NCCHC standards and VitalCore clinical services and administrative policies and
procedures.
Coordinates with Hospital Administrators and other external providers on the delivery of services at hospitals or
other external health services locations outside the facility. When appropriate, negotiates third party contracts for
the facility.
Adheres to and enforces all safety and security policies and procedures and participates in and ensures compliance with
applicable safety/emergency drills.
Follows and enforces all security regulations, including but not limited to keys, sharps, and controlled medications.
Ensures annual performance evaluations are conducted and completed with all personnel, including peer reviews.
Attend training and meetings as required.

This UDRI position is located at Hill AFB, UT and is co-located with the USAF Advance Composite Office (AFACO). The selected candidate will be an advanced composite Subject Matter Expert (SME) and will provide critical support to the AFACO by conducting advanced composite surveys, managing technical orders, and addressing composite repair-related inquiries from various stakeholders. The SME will play a vital role in ensuring the reliability, durability, and mission readiness of Air Force assets through proactive, advanced composite sustainment practices.
Minimum Qualifications:
P2:
* 6 years of directly applicable experience in advanced composite sustainment, preferably within a military or aerospace context, OR Bachelor's degree and 3 years of experience in advanced composite sustainment, preferably within a military or aerospace context
* Knowledge of advanced composite repair techniques, and materials/equipment used in military environments.
* Familiarity with USAF technical orders, DoD standards, and relevant industry codes.
* Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
* Willingness to frequently travel for on-site surveys and inspections as needed, both foreign and domestic.
* Must be able to maintain Secret level security clearance.
* Due to the requirements of our research contracts with the U.S. federal government, candidates for this position must be a U.S. citizen.

The Role:
As a crucial part of our production line, the welder is responsible for controlling the pressure vessel parts, subcomponents, and non-pressure parts. Your role as a Welder is to weld metal components, fabricating or repairing products according to layouts, blueprints, or work orders, using GTAW, GMAW, FCAW, SAW, and SMAW welding processes.
In more advanced cases, it must be able to perform "open root" techniques on pressure parts using GTAW and GMAW Processes.
Responsibilities:
* Welds metal parts together, using various welding processes, and may be required to perform Oxy-Acetylene brazing; welds light gauge parts, intermediate and heavy metal parts together.
* Deposit intermittent tack welds for fit-up and alignment of work assemblies.
* Utilize different welding-related equipment and tools, which may be designated as a production line welder.
* Must be able to use jigs, fixtures, and tooling to assemble parts and components.
* Conduct in-process visual inspections of welded products or processes to evaluate quality or performance; examine products or work to verify conformance to specifications.
* Support cross-training and demonstrate competency in all essential job functions of the department working at different workstations as production needs require.
* Maintenance of a clean and orderly work area free of excess materials.
* Follow the company, department, and/or safety policies, procedures, programs, and activities.
Required Experience:
* One-year certificate from college or technical school or a combination of six months to one year of related training and/or experience with specialized welding skills.
* ASME Welder positions may require five-plus years' experience, depending on the level of experience required.
* Familiarity with manufacturing processes such as heavy equipment manufacturing, welding technology, materials technology, manufacturing methods technology, and a wide variety of weld methods and equipment knowledge, safety requirements; GTAW, GMAW, SAW, SMAW & Brazing, pressure vessel, piping, pump, fluid transfer, heat transfer design experience preferred.
* Proven working experience adding, subtracting, multiplying, and dividing into all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, proportions, and decimals.
* Proven experience understanding various measuring devices to meet drawing dimensions and specifications.
* Proven working experience analyzing documents such as blueprints, work orders, work instructions, diagrams, safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
* You must pass employer welding performance tests or standard tests to meet certification standards of ASME, governmental agencies, or professional and technical associations.
* An annual Visual Acuity Examination may be required.
