FLSA Status Non-Exempt Job Role Summary The CCBHC Acute Care/ED Liaison ensures continuity of care for Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinic (CCBHC) clients between the Sandra Eskenazi Mental Health Center CCBHC and acute care or emergency rooms in designated CCBHC service area. This role focuses on ensuring safe and healthy transitions of care between local hospital emergency departments, acute psychiatric emergency departments, psychiatric triages, and crisis receiving and stabilization facilities and the CCBHC. The Liaison role develops and maintains strong collaborations with those healthcare providers previously mentioned. The Liaison ensures that the CCBHC client is connected to their primary team with the minimal time needed to do so between discharge and treatment follow-up, consistent with CCBHC standards. The Liaison maintains close collaboration with the CCBHC outpatient treatment teams and continues to actively work with the CCBHC client in the community until the primary CCBHC treatment team can fully engage the client. The Liaison additionally has the important role of tracking and reporting their work with CCBHC clients consistent with CCBHC quality metrics. FLSA Status Non-Exempt Job Role Summary The Radiologic Technologist Specialty - PRN may perform standard procedures in Cardiac Diagnostics, CT, MRI, Mammography, Nuclear Medicine, Ultrasound, or Interventional Radiology on designated sections of the body as required by physician orders. This position reports to the Radiology Supervisor. The Kathi & Bob Postlethwait Mental Health Recovery Center is a 24-hour short-term protective care service for persons experiencing mental illness. The 30-bed unit provides a full range of inpatient hospitalization services. These services include stabilization that prepares patients for integration back into the community or for transfer to a long-term facility. We treat both the physical health and mental health diagnoses of our clients. If the medical diagnosis is not stable, the client will stay on the medical unit with psychiatry consulting. Services are also provided for Marion County prisoners with psychiatric diagnoses.
