Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Work with members to implement interventions and strategies to promote positive social, emotional, and behavioral changes in members. Provide coaching to staff to support the implementation and fidelity of effective behavioral support and interventions. Assist in developing interventions, behavioral strategies for the purpose of providing a safe and effective environment for members. Conduct periodic workshops, training, and in-service for classroom management techniques and other topics for the purpose of developing effective classroom management to support members. Engage in professional development to increase knowledge and skills of positive student behavior and emotional support for all members. Education and Experience: Bachelor's Degree or higher in education, counseling, social work, psychology, sociology or a related field. At least three years of successful experience working with students, including those with behavioral issues or considered at-risk for academic success. Demonstrate knowledge of crisis intervention strategies and techniques. Salary: Part-time position to work 2 hours a day between the hours of 3:00-6:00 pm. Communicate any medical, physical, or other changes in client status to guardian and the clinical team. Implement teaching programs in a positive, supportive, and proactive manner at all times. Responsible for implementing all aspects of child's Treatment Plan including self-care and supporting client and family with toilet training programming. Qualifications Bachelor's Degree and/or RBT Credential (preferred) or, Associate's Degree (60+ credit hours), or High School Diploma or GED and at least 6 months of relevant experience Must successfully pass background checks. Must have valid driver's license, safe driving record, automobile insurance and access to vehicle to be used as directed and when needed for transport.
