Hope Foundation company history timeline
Since 2000, HOPE has grown into a global non-profit that manages over 60 projects in Kolkata including 12 child protection homes, a hospital for the poor, a restaurant, and a life skills training center.
In 2002, it celebrated its achievement with the 30th Anniversary of the Restoration of Hope Plantation.
The name Tomorrow’s Hope was selected by Bishop Murphy and Tomorrow’s Hope was incorporated in September 2005 as a tax exempt not for profit public charity under Section 501(c) (3) of the Internal Revenue Service.
On October 9, 2005, the family-day concert event raised over $35,000 worth of cash and relief items The items were sent to the relief efforts of the Hurricane Victims through the United Methodist Commission on Relief via the Midwest Distribution Center and Hands of Hope was complete.
Fostering Hope was established in 2006 by the Colarelli Family Foundation and achieved its independent 501c(3) status two years later.
In July, 2008, the Healthier Wisconsin Partnership Program awarded a one year development grant to the Fostering Hope Foundation and several community collaborators:
Just months after returning from the 2010 crusades, Rev.
After joining forces with SET Ministry, Inc. as an administrative partner, our inaugural team of volunteers from St Marcus Lutheran began working with its first foster family in the summer of 2010.
The Message of Hope Foundation was founded in 2011 by Emi Burke, born out of a desire to bring hope and happiness to hospitalized children with special needs or chronic and life-threatening illnesses.
2015 brought a new season for the Hands of Hope Foundation.
In December 2019, Tomorrow’s Hope Foundation underwent restructuring and now operates on its own as opposed to a supporting organization.
On January 30, 2020, The HOPE Foundation will celebrate its 20th anniversary with a gala in New York City.
Fostering Hope was awarded the GuideStar Platinum Candid Seal of Transparency for 2022.
