Position Reports to:
Director of Residential Services
Job Status: Full-Time / Exempt
Compensation: Up to $69,435 per year (depending on experience and credentials)
Primary responsibilities include:
Completes/Oversees the scheduling of staff.
Responsible for the needs of clients by developing programming that will enhance their knowledge, attitude and skills.
Responsible for the coordination of treatment and activities for clients and staff.
Responsible for facilitating/co-facilitating staff meetings and case conferences.
Maintains statistical data analysis and reporting.
Ensures adherence to OASAS regulations, and Hope House policies and procedures.
Completes required reports.
Works with the Admissions Department for referrals, screenings and admissions.
Responsible for clinical treatment, decisions as team leader, and all clinical documentation and record keeping.
Performs medication self-administration with oversight duties
May serve as the on-site healthcare coordinator.
Develops and maintains a positive working relationship with agencies, referral sources, and community-based providers.
Responsible for interviewing, orienting, professional development plans, performance evaluations, and training of staff.
Takes part in on-call rotation responsibility.
Responsible for ensuring the clinical and staffing needs of the program are being met.
In conjunction with the Director, works to conform to program's budget.
Responsible for ensuring client money related policies are being followed.
Collaborates with Admissions and Finance Department to ensure financial arrangements are in place pre/post admission.
Responsible for Time and Attendance of staff.

Requirements
Minimum of 5 years full-time work experience in Substance Use Disorder, or related field.
Strong clinical and supervisory skills.

Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Human Services or a related field preferred; Master Counselor CASAC preferred.

Duties include:
Responsible for all scheduling at this facility, performance of on call duties and assisting with time card submissions, weekly through ADP.
Supervises staff as assigned by the program manager.
Provide orientation to staff and clients.
Provide on-going trainings as assigned.
Conducts quarterly chart audits with program manager and assists with other administrative duties as assigned.
Responsible for assisting manager in day-to-day facility operations clinically and administratively.
Responsible for maintaining the physical plant including assuring the monthly environment of care checklist is completed, the monthly fire drills are completed, arranging cleanup, basic building inspection, scheduling maintenance work, etc.
Performs primary counselor/family therapist duties for a caseload of 4-5 clients as well as group facilitation responsibilities.
Assists with collaborating with Admission Dept. and Manager for new referrals, screenings and admissions.
Assists in facilitating program staff meetings and case conferences.
Attends managers' meeting and QI meeting in manager's absence.
May assist with job interviews for potential job candidates as requested by manager.
Participates in rotating on-call responsibilities.
Performs and conforms with medication self-administration with oversight duties, as per policy.
Requirements

Duties include:
Responsible for all scheduling at this facility, performance of on call duties and assisting with time card submissions, weekly through ADP.
Supervises staff as assigned by the program manager.
Provide orientation to staff and clients.

Conducts quarterly chart audits with program manager and assists with other administrative duties as assigned.
Responsible for assisting manager in day-to-day facility operations clinically and administratively.

Attends managers' meeting and QI meeting in manager's absence.
May assist with job interviews for potential job candidates as requested by manager.
Participates in rotating on-call responsibilities.

Requirements
QHP or CASAC-T preferred.
A minimum of 2 years' experience in substance abuse counseling and experience with multiple age groups and various treatment modalities required.
