Provide environmental & behavioral analysis for persons served in residential or community housing program. Attend Person Centered Planning (PCP) meetings as the Behavioral Specialist. Responsible for developing and managing comprehensive behavioral approaches for individuals in residential/community housing programs with the goal of promoting mental wellness, reducing mental health/behavioral issues, developing new skills for effective functioning and providing work force with consistent, positive approaches to assist person's served. Train residential/community housing work force in the implementation and documentation of behavior programs. Provide periodic monitoring of Behavior Treatment Plan goals that include behavioral programs. Liaison with Behavioral Management Committee (BMC) of persons served referring agency.
