Pros of working at Hopelink

I have been at Hopelink for over a year. I am proud of the work I do. My opinions are respected and sought out by management when it is relevant. Creativity is encouraged. I am valued as both an employee and a person.

Cons of working at Hopelink

The pay is what you would expect for a non-profit organization. It is challenging to live in their service area on the salary provided.

Hopelink benefits

The benefits are great for an individual. I appreciate the time off. During the first few years, you have two weeks of vacation, plus a float day and a personal day. Last year they added an additional 56 hours of float time.
