Working on interdisciplinary teams, supporting each other through the tough days and experiencing the big successes together is rewarding! Flexibility of the schedule allows me to attain further education in my field, take care of my family, and work within other community services and non-profits.
There are some gaps in employee support- having team time minimalized through COVID and less time to share, vent, empathize, and validate each other's work, has had an impact. We are working to build back some of those key times for teams.
Fulfilling service to our community. Support for passion to improve. Witnessing the genuine impact we make for individuals and families most days of the week.
Willingness to grow, make changes that are needed and seek the opinions of those most affected.
