    Volunteer Coordinator - Suite Bee Floral Design Full-time Mon-Fri 8am-5pm SUMMARY OF JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: The Suite Bee Floral Design Volunteer Coordinator supports recruitment, training, scheduling, and day-to-day coordination of volunteers who create fresh and silk floral arrangements for HopeWest programs. This role oversees the production of floral pieces for sale at Heirlooms at HopeWest, as well as floral arrangements for special events and other organizational needs. This role assists with coordinating floral production for Heirlooms at HopeWest, special events, and internal organizational needs, while helping maintain quality standards and a positive, creative, and mission-centered volunteer environment. The Coordinator maintains working knowledge of Volunteer Services policies and procedures and supports volunteer compliance through guidance, training, and collaboration with Volunteer Services leadership. QUALIFICATIONS: High School Diploma Valid Colorado Drivers license, adequate automobile insurance and unlimited access to reliable transportation maintained throughout employment. Able to work in a variety of environments. COMPETENCIES & REQUIREMENTS: Prior floral arranging experience is required (fresh and/or silk). Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to guide and support volunteers in a collaborative environment. Demonstrates creativity through hands-on design work, using color, texture, and materials to create arrangements and décor that align with HopeWest mission. The HPCNP works in collaboration with the Hospice and Palliative Medicine Physician (HPMP) and the hospice interdisciplinary group (IDG) to ensure patients receive appropriate symptom control; facilitates discussions relative to the plan of care and advance directives; and provides critical regulatory and compliance requirements including face-to-face and billable/non-billable visits. The HPCNP collaborates externally with attending physicians, specialists, and other providers as applicable for the purpose of coordination of care to effectively meet the medical, psychological, and spiritual needs of the patient. QUALIFICATIONS : Board Certified Advanced Practice Nurse licensed in the state of Colorado. Prefer two years of experience in home care, palliative care, or oncology. Seeks or maintains certification in Palliative Medicine. Controlled substance license with current DEA license number. SUMMARY OF JOB RESPONSIBILITIES : The Social Work Supervisor provides leadership, coordination, and oversight for hospice and palliative care social work services. This role ensures the delivery of high-quality, evidence-based, trauma-informed psychosocial care across HopeWest. Key responsibility of the supervisor is to serves as a clinical resource and promotes excellence in delivery of patient care, documentation, development of standards of care, and interdisciplinary collaboration. Additionally, the Social Work Supervisor assists in the oversight of time-off requests and scheduling for Social Workers, coverage coordination, supervision of variable staff, compliance monitoring, and facilitation of discipline-specific meetings. QUALIFICATIONS Must be a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with active registration through Colorado DORA. 2 years of LCSW experience preferred. SUMMARY OF JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: The Facilities Technician performs a variety of duties that are required to maintain buildings, grounds, equipment, furnishing, and facility systems throughout HopeWest. This includes inspections, repairs, preventative maintenance, and all the required documentation and communication related to each task. This position shares evening, night, and weekend on call to be available for urgent needs. QUALIFICATIONS A minimum of 5 years of related experience. Working of knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems. Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Valid Colorado driver's license and unlimited access to reliable transportation. Adequate automobile insurance. COMPETENCIES & REQUIREMENTS: Maintains knowledge of OSHA and Life Safety requirements. Ability to use computer systems for documentation, monitoring, and management of key systems. Demonstrates effective teamwork and communication skills. Demonstrates adherence to workplace safety. Travel required between locations. Able to work in a variety of environments, both indoors and outdoors. Must be able to lift and/or move up to 100 pounds and push/pull up to 100 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by the job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and the ability to adjust focus. WORKING CONDITIONS: Subject to both environmental conditions - activities occur inside and outside and will include driving. Subject to a variety of physical conditions within individual patient homes: safety issues may include basic home safety, fire safety, environmental safety, and bathroom safety. Subject to occasional exposure to hazards associates with blood and potentially infectious materials. Subject to occasional exposure to hazardous substance and hazardous waste, fumes, or airborne particles, toxic or caustic chemicals. Works near moving mechanical parts, in high, precarious places, and may be exposed to extreme heat and risk of electrical shock. Will occasionally work outside in unpredictable weather conditions which may include exposure to wet and/or humid conditions, extreme cold or heat, and wind.
