Anthony J. Bates (born 29 April 1967) is a British born business leader and on 6 May 2019 he was appointed to CEO of Genesys. Bates is the former CEO of Growth at Social Capital. Previously, he held a number of technology based business roles including the former president of GoPro, and the former executive vice president of Microsoft responsible for business development, strategy and evangelism and former CEO of Skype.

David Joubran is the Co-Founder, President, and CEO of Acumen Solutions, a global, privately-held business and technology consulting firm focused on providing innovative solutions to Fortune 500 companies and government agencies. Mr. Joubran began his career at Andersen Consulting, now Accenture. Following his role at Andersen Consulting, Mr. Joubran built and managed the eBusiness practice of NDC Group, subsequently known as Xpedior. Mr. Joubran earned a Bachelor of Science degree in finance from George Mason University. He is an active distance runner and triathlete who has completed six Ironman distance triathlons and numerous marathons and ultra-marathons. Mr. Joubran lives in Washington, D.C. with his wife and their two children.

Alexei Agratchev is the CEO and Co-founder of RetailNext and he serves on its Board of Directors. Before founding RetailNext in 2007, the world’s first technology company dedicated to providing advanced in-store analytics for brick-and-mortar retail businesses, Alexei spent eight years at Cisco Systems. During his tenure at Cisco, Alexei held a number of leadership positions with direct responsibility for developing and launching new product lines. He was the Founder and General Manager of an internal startup within the Cisco Systems Emerging Technologies Group focused on developing video applications for the gaming and retail markets. Prior to Cisco Systems, Alexei was a consultant at Accenture in its Electronics and High Tech Operating Unit. He was responsible for the design and implementation of enterprise solutions that enhanced business performance for various corporations. Recently named to the Silicon Valley Business Journal’s 40 Under 40 list, Alexei holds a bachelor’s degree in International Relations from Claremont McKenna College, where he graduated Magna Cum Laude. He has also completed the Stanford Graduate School of Business Executive Program and the Cisco Leadership Series.
