Ensures correct exams were published and viewable in exam rooms. Performs venipuncture for Fluorescein and ICG Angiography. Creates, edits, deletes, modifies, prints patient data in Axis, our image management software as needed. Completes IOL calculations in Holladay IOL Consultant software. Perform all testing related duties by themselves at a branch office and also be able stay 1 st late at the Cotswold office. Responsible for cleaning and closing all testing rooms, archiving all devices and downloading external photos. Performs routine maintenance and calibration of all testing equipment as well as minor repairs and co-ordinates with manager if needed. Develops positive and effective relationships with patients and coworkers. Performs administrative tasks which include responding to inquiries in messaging and voice mail systems. Answers phone, takes messages and relays to appropriate individuals. Performs stocking and maintenance functions. Maintains physical environment of testing rooms. Cleans and stocks rooms daily and maintains appropriate supply per par levels. Assists with ordering medical/office supplies. Some travel to other locations should be expected. Qualifications Minimum Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent. Advanced knowledge of eye anatomy as it pertains to testing. Preferred Qualifications: Certified Ophthalmic Technician preferred. Associate's degree or equivalent from two-year college or technical school preferred. Previous testing related experience preferred.
