Skills & Requirements Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, Business Administration, or equivalent industry experience. LEED accreditation is desirable. Minimum of five years of construction project management experience with increasing responsibility. Expertise in construction cost management, scheduling, and contract administration. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Project, Outlook). Experience with construction management software (Viewpoint, Bluebeam, CAD, Navisworks, Procore, BIM) is highly preferred.
