RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Exceeds tonnage sales and margin objectives/goals assigned by Foodservice Corporate Management.
* Identifies and prioritizes chain account customers within an assigned area and develops a short- and long-range strategic plan based around these priority customers. This would include both a direct customer list and a list to be handled by local foodservice management.
* Establishes direct working relationships and develops linkage with the priority chain account customers.
* Develops, manages and coordinates custom or proprietary type products with the priority customers identified and/or assigned. This is done in conjunction with Hormel's Asst VP of National Accounts, Foodservice Marketing Team, R&D, Culinary Chefs, Operations, Cost Accounting, Marketing Services, Legal, Packaging and Logistics.
* Recommends, implements, manages and explores profitable customized programs and pricing strategies for key priority chain accounts consistent with company policies and profitability plans. The incumbent is disciplined in a price focused marketplace and implements the selling principles in conjunction with all pricing and programs and is committed to solution-based selling.
* Manages all administrative responsibilities, including entering information on SalesForce on a daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly basis, along with handling all special requests within the deadlines established consistent with all company policies.
* Controls and manages operating expenses to include samples, travel, entertainment, chain account conferences, and freight.
* Work with corporate office sales and marketing management with a consistent weekly flow of pertinent information concerning product movement/inventories/distribution/competitive activity/plus chain account reactions and trends.
* Requires 50-70% travel.

At Hormel Foods, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. The base hiring pay range for this role is between $111,500 - $156,200 per year, and your actual base pay within that range will depend upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, job-related knowledge, skill set, level of experience, and geographic market location.

**What we look for:**
+ 5+ years of related engineering experience in reliability, maintenance, or manufacturing, supported by a Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
+ 3+ years of reliability or maintenance engineering experience within a plastics manufacturing environment.
+ *Hands-on expertise with injection molding and blow molding equipment, including PET and HDPE products.
+ 2+ years of experience managing capital projects within a manufacturing setting (preferred).

The Foodservice Group is responsible for the sales and marketing of all products to both commercial and non-commercial foodservice operations. Qualifications
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
* Minimum requirement of 6 years of relevant work experience. Typically reflects 10 years or more of relevant experience.
* Proven understanding of IT risk and control frameworks such as COSO, COBI, ITIL, ISO, NIST CSF.
* Demonstrated professional experience with leading IT audit, IT operations and/or enterprise risk management risk assessment activities. Demonstrated commitment to staying apprised of leading practices.

The expected salary for this position is $140,000 - $175,000. The Supply Chain Intern - Technical Track is a carefully designed 10-week program that will provide valuable experience in one of our Global Operations Services groups and development activities to increase your learning of the end-to-end Supply Chain (Logistics, Planning, Manufacturing, Sourcing, etc.), CPG industry, and the Clorox Culture. Location: Alpharetta, GA (Atlanta)
In this role, you will:
As a Supply Chain Technical Intern, you will be assigned to one of our Supply Chain activities. Technical track activities include but are not limited to: Operation Services & Process Production Services, Global Safety, Health, Environmental, Sustainability and Security, Global Manufacturing Excellence, Capital Project Management, World Class Operations, Process Engineering, Electrical Engineering, and ME Packaging Engineering.
Technical Track activities and experiences may include the opportunity to:
Learn from a Sr. Engineering mentor while further developing industry experience through exposure, training and hands on experience supporting corporate engineering capital projects
Gain project management experience including management of engineering consultants, supervision of contractors and interfacing with plant maintenance and operations
Contribute both as an individual and part of a team in engineering and delivering consumer products process manufacturing systems to the plant floor
Interface with business and technical leaders
Implement improvement projects in Clorox's manufacturing and supply chain
What we look for:
Demonstrated problem solving and analytical skills
Ability to effectively communicate ideas and build relationships both vertically/horizontally within Clorox
Planning and Organizing: ability to identify and translate priorities into clear actionable tactics, effective organization and time management skills, multi-tasks well, set goals and achieves them
Strong aptitude for learning new systems and processes
Prior internship experience in Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Engineering, or related field (preferred)

Minimum Education Level/Degree:
Currently enrolled in a 4-year related degree program at a University

Your role at Clorox:
The Global Quality Documentation Specialist plays a critical role in strengthening Clorox's Quality Management System by supporting manufacturing sites and Business Units in developing clear, compliant, and standardized SOPs and controlled quality documentation. This role guides and coaches teams in documenting processes aligned to enterprise standards, regulatory expectations, and QMS governance requirements. The position ensures documentation is practical, well-structured, harmonized, and supportive of consistent execution across global operations. This role also supports eQMS workflows, documentation governance, and future QMS evolution.
In this role, you will:
This role partners closely with plant Quality teams, Business Units, Global Quality, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and system owners. It interacts with site leadership, documentation owners, SMEs, and governance teams across multiple geographies and functions to support documentation development and alignment.
This role influences documentation quality, structure, and compliance across multiple sites and BUs without direct authority. The position shapes documentation expectations, improves clarity and consistency, and supports adherence to QMS governance. It plays a key role in supporting quality culture, documentation discipline, and standardized ways of working globally.
Provide hands-on support developing and revising SOPs, work instructions, and controlled quality documents.
Translate complex manufacturing and quality processes into clear, practical documentation.
Ensure alignment to Clorox Quality standards, regulatory expectations, and governance requirements.
Support consistency in structure, language, formatting, and procedural clarity across documents.
Train and support plant and BU teams on SOP writing best practices.
Provide tools, templates, and guidance to improve documentation quality.
Serve as a subject matter resource for how to develop strong procedures that meet compliance expectations and are easy for users to follow.
Support governance processes related to document lifecycle management, approvals, and version control.
Help identify documentation gaps or risks and support remediation.
Partner with the QMS Manager to ensure harmonization and alignment across sites and functions.
Support improvements in QMS documentation usability and accessibility.
What we look for:
3+ years of experience in Quality Systems, regulated documentation, manufacturing quality, or similar discipline in a global or multi-site environment.
Experience writing, structuring, and governing SOPs or controlled documents.
Experience supporting governance programs, documentation harmonization efforts, or enterprise-wide quality initiatives.
Experience working in eQMS platforms
Strong understanding of Quality Management Systems, documentation lifecycle management, ISO/GMP expectations, and compliance frameworks.
Exceptional written communication, organization, and attention to detail.
Ability to coach and influence teams in documentation best practices.
Experience with electronic QMS systems required (Intelex preferred).
Ability and willingness to travel globally up to 25% to support plants and business partners.

**Your role at Clorox:**
This position will be responsible for site HSE leadership and compliance. As an HSE Leader at the site, the HSE Specialist will ensure compliance to all applicable Federal, State and Local Regulations in regard to Safety compliance. To include personnel training in these compliance areas, therefore good communication skills are required. This position will also maintain plant federal, state, and local permits (e.g. city, county, or another municipality.)

**Handle Business Processes and Activities:**
+ Create processes to ensure a safe working environment throughout the plant.
+ Develop and execute a safety incident investigation process to drive root cause analysis and action planning to eliminate future risks.
+ Coordinate, implement, and maintain the highest level of compliance with OSHA and Clorox standards.
+ Serve as the point of contact for safety and environmental inspectors, maintaining a professional relationship with them.
+ Complete timely environmental regulatory reporting.

+ Train and develop assigned groups or department leads to provide day-to-day HSE support with regulatory and technical knowledge.

+ Experience and a good understanding of Environmental Standards (EPA, RCRA, Tier II, County Permitting, etc.)
+ EHS training program or equivalent such as an OSHA 30 General Industry, DOT Hazardous Materials, RCRA, etc.

+ Strong communication both written and verbal, including presentation skills
