Apply industrial maintenance skills and knowledge to install, maintain, and repair plant systems and equipment. 2. Troubleshoot equipment failures to ascertain possible failure modes and participate with operations, plant engineering, suppliers, and other associates to improve equipment reliability. 4. Utilize the company's Enterprise Asset Management System (EAMS) and supports its use as a key management information tool. 5. Recommend, develop, and implement system modifications to improve equipment operations and provide for attainment of plant and department goals. 6. Provide direction and training for less skilled maintenance personnel and machine operators. **Qualifications:** Successful maintenance applicants will have welding ability, extensive maintenance experience with food processing equipment, working knowledge of hydraulic and pneumatic systems, and the ability to troubleshoot. A solid background in mechanical and electrical systems as well as training in maintenance reliability is crucial to the success of the industrial maintenance technician. This position requires excellent technical writing and verbal communications skills and the ability to read and work from Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) technical manuals, Process and Instrumentation Diagrams (P&IDs), and control schematics. Must have the ability to learn and effectively use various software programs including the company's Enterprise Asset Management System (EAMS).
